1. Acceptance

By creating an account, logging in, buying access, using a demo, opening any tool, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its services.

2. Professional and lawful use only

DSTVAGIMMO is intended for professional automotive users who are legally authorized to work on the vehicles, modules, files, and data they submit or process.

• You are responsible for confirming that your use is legal in your country and for your specific vehicle or customer job.
• You must not use this website for theft, fraud, unauthorized access, identity manipulation, or any illegal vehicle activity.
• You must not use any output in a way that violates road, emissions, safety, insurance, ownership, or anti-theft laws.

3. Account security and sharing

Each account is for one approved person or business only. Sharing an account, password, session, access token, or generated result with another person is strictly prohibited.

• You must keep your login details safe and private.
• Only one active session per account is allowed.
• Repeated device changes, session replacements, unusual login patterns, or account sharing indicators may trigger review, lock, suspension, or permanent ban.
• Any attempt to sell, rent, lend, share, transfer, or bypass account access can result in immediate permanent ban without refund.

4. Tool usage and files

You use all tools, modules, downloads, generated files, examples, and support guidance at your own risk.

• Always keep original backups before processing or writing any file.
• Always verify results before use on a vehicle or module.
• DSTVAGIMMO does not guarantee that any file, calculation, repair, conversion, or result will be suitable for every ECU, immobilizer, vehicle, software version, hardware version, or customer job.
• DSTVAGIMMO is not responsible for damage, data loss, module failure, vehicle immobilization, business loss, lost time, or any consequence caused by use or misuse of the website.

5. Prohibited conduct

Security and service integrity are treated as priority rules. The following actions are not allowed:

• Trying to bypass login, licenses, roles, session limits, payment approval, or protected pages.
• Testing hidden endpoints, abusing errors, scraping, automated mass requests, or using bots without permission.
• Reverse-engineering the website, copying tool behavior, extracting internal logic, or using the service to build a competing or unauthorized copy.
• Uploading malicious, malformed, unrelated, misleading, or intentionally abusive files.
• Sharing, reselling, publishing, distributing, or posting DSTVAGIMMO solutions, files, screenshots, private tool pages, or generated outputs on forums, groups, social media, marketplaces, or other websites.
• Harassing support, sending false reports, or attempting to pressure staff into unsafe account or access changes.

6. Payments, access, and membership

Access is activated after payment review and administrator approval. The available products may include temporary access, premium access, and annual membership renewal.

• Temporary access is valid only for the approved period.
• Premium access gives account access under these terms, but annual membership renewal may be required to keep premium modules active.
• Prices, modules, availability, names, and features can change at any time.
• No purchase guarantees that every current or future tool will be included forever.
• Access can be paused, limited, locked, or removed when security, abuse, payment, or rule violations are detected.

7. Refunds

Temporary access periods are not refundable after activation. Premium account closure refund requests, if accepted, may be calculated against the equivalent six-month subscription value and the time already used.

• Payment processor fees and administrative costs may be non-refundable.
• Refunds, when approved, are normally returned by the original payment method when possible.
• No refund is owed for banned accounts, shared accounts, abusive use, illegal use, attempted bypass, or violation of these terms.

8. Support rules

Support requests must be written in English and must include enough technical detail for review. For vehicle or module problems, include the module, vehicle, ECU type, file type, exact error, steps already tried, expected result, and a full DTC scan when relevant.

Incomplete, misleading, unrelated, non-English, abusive, or unsafe support requests may receive no answer.

9. Suspension and termination

DSTVAGIMMO may warn, lock, suspend, ban, remove access, refuse support, or delete accounts when these terms are violated or when activity creates security, legal, payment, or operational risk.

10. Changes to service and terms

DSTVAGIMMO may update, modify, pause, rename, remove, or discontinue parts of the website, tools, modules, prices, access plans, or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
